Q. What kind of campaign will be appropriate for my business?
A. LADS-3D can suggest a suitable delivery method and what works in d-2-d.
Q. Do you print materials yourselves?
A. LADS-3D focus is in distribution, but we have contacts of different reliable printers.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We cover London & Greater London. If it is viable for us both, LADS-3D will gladly help, previously our teams have delivered in different materials and numbers in these counties Hertfordshire, Kent, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Sussex.
Q. When will you start delivering my materials?
A. Inside 1 week! Starting from the day your payment clears.
Q. How long will the delivery take?
A. That depends on the number of materials & type of delivery. Send us the info and we will tell you how long it takes straightaway. LADS-3D is equipped with the right infrastructure to handle any number of materials professionally, from 5K-to-1M leaflets and more.
Q. Can anyone deliver leaflets, I can even print at home to keep costs down?
A. They both need to be good, in fact the best. The easiest analogy would be that of a restaurant. The printer is the chef in the kitchen, the distributor is front of the house team, if one of them isn’t good, the restaurant will fail!
Q. In your opinion what are the 3 most important factors on any door-to-door campaign?
A. Preparation, experienced distributor, reliable printer. 3 basic requirements for any Local Advertising Campaign!
Q. Can you recommend a good printer?
A. We can, according to your needs. The triangle Customer-Printer- Distributor works only when the communications between these 3 points are constant; everyone knows what is needed and how to plan ahead.
Q. Is there a minimum Distribution order?
A. Yes, there is a minimum of 5000 leaflets. That means if you have 3500 and want LADS-3D to deliver them, the m. order charge applies. LADS-3D invoice will be as per 5.000. That includes planning, handling, insurance, storage, resources, logistics etc. For numbers running in ’00 or 1-2 thousands, we recommend that you engage a single person, later on bigger numbers come to us.
Q. Can you collect the materials from my address?
A. Yes, for FREE if less than 10 miles, and for a nominal fee for distances of 10 miles plus. However it is better if your printer gets in touch with us so they can deliver to LADS-3D directly.
Q. How do you make sure that our materials are delivered correctly?
A. Teams are constantly checked, distributors are supervised by a manager at work, and this is one advantage we have over our competitors. While most do "the so called back-check delivery” that means phoning two houses per sector from a warm office, our managers are out there in every weather condition, checking the distribution, supporting the teams and constantly verifying the work in the field as it happens. That way we can achieve delivery targets as high as 85--92% per sector delivered. “On- the-Job-Control” that is our motto.
Q. How will you deliver my leaflet?
A. That depends on the plan you chose. If you want to keep costs down and want Share Plan (delivered with other leaflets at a time-place that we will chose for you) then it can be done. If you want SOLUS-what we mostly recommend-so your flyer on the door-mat has maximum impact on it’s own, LADS-3D will do Solus for you. LADS will not subcontract your materials, ‘group’ them or put them inside free newspapers/ magazines. “One Leaflet-One-Door” is how we do SOLUS Distribution!
Q. Will I be informed that my materials have been delivered?
A. Of course, within a week from the finishing time, you will get a report of delivery.
Q. Do you accept loose materials?
A. Sometimes we do, but may have to charge you for handling and boxing them. Usually materials are boxed, as delivered by the printer. The weight of each box is less than15kg. Every single box needs your leaflet on a visible place or it has to be clearly marked. Unmarked boxes invite confusion as we deal with lot ofcustomers at any given time. If you require different sectors for same group of materials, inform LADS-3D and we will clearly mark this request on each box in advance.
Q. When is the payment required?
A. Payment is always required prior to distribution. Account holders have different payment arrangements and facilities available to them.
Q. Who can be an Account Holder?
A. Anyone, but our company policy is that at least we have to deliver for you 2 times in succession to accept a client as an account holder. This is done to protect client's interests. By then you will know our methods and can make a sound judgement if LADS-3D is the right company for you.
Q. Do you deliver to every single door? Do you deliver in 100% of the houses in your sector?
A. It is not practically possible. Royal Mail (with named / addressed envelopes) is legally prohibited from claiming a 100% target. LADS-3D aims for area saturation.
Q. What is your distribution target?
A. Depends on the area and other variables. In a place of average density LADS-3D can achieve penetration targets ranging from 85-92%.
Q. What prevents you from delivering at every single door?
A. Many factors that are out of our control. There could be a group of flats in a building that we can not get access to and we won't drop leaflets under the door but continue at the next address, If our distributor feels threatened by a dog, if the property is dilapidated or undergoing major repairs, if the resident requests that no leaflet is dropped at his door, private properties / doors that clearly display the "No Leaflets" signs etc. These however make a small percentage and will not affect the distribution as a whole, LADS-3D will continue to deliver at a very high standard.
Q. So will any of my materials go to waste?
A. No they will not, we will continue to deliver in the vicinity or marked areas if we have any leftover leaflets..
Q. If necessary can you target areas suited to our business?
A. Geo-demographic targeting can be achieved, LADS-3D has the resources to plan, deliver in areas of high, middle or low income, as required.
Q: Is it possible to know in advance how many leaflets do I need?
A. Always go for at least 10.000 leaflets, to achieve a minimum of area saturation from any given point, realistically and from experience, 10 K, is not a lot in Local Advertising Terms.
Q. Why should I pick LADS-3D and not other distributors?

Q. Do you have a specific 'type' of business or clients you prefer or work with?
A. LADS-3D will delivers for any type of business. It could be a gov. organisation or a private one. A gp surgery, dentist, solicitor, minicab, pizza, holistic therapy, new telecoms business, estate agents, painters, builders, clubs and for anyone who needs help to reach his clients. |
